During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Standard Shipping

Once processed, orders are usually delivered within 6–12 business days to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to Canada, the United States, and the UK. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. You will be able to view the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.


Order Modifications

If you need to change or update your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please take a photo, and contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
